Group Business Controller Skanska

Job description
Group Function Financial Support & Analysis at Skanska HQ act as business partner to the Group Leadership Team (GLT) and Business Units supporting and advising strategic and operational decision-making. Currently the team consists of five people situated in Stockholm and New York.
In this role, you will work close to GLT focusing on assessing, monitoring analyzing financial performance especially regarding Skanska’s business stream Residential Development across all markets. You assist GLT with identifying areas of opportunities and concern, as well as being their sounding board in decision-making processes. You act as key contributor and discussion partner with the Business units, providing active support for better business performance, and spreading knowledge and best practices across the Group. You participate in taskforces and engage in change initiatives as well as Board queries.
Experience
We are looking for a Group business controller with a proactive mindset, good business understanding and strong analytical skills. You are efficient in executing your commitments and build good relationships with your stakeholders at all levels in the organization. Your solid experience from business controlling and your social skills will make you successful in this role.
Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate with a responsive approach, commitment, and great collaboration- and communication-skills.
You hold a university degree in economics, business, finance or equivalent and have a solid experience from a similar role. Experience from the real estate industry is particularly meritorious. You have good MS Office skills. Fluency in English is a requirement, both written and spoken.
